By accessing or using GoldenYearsPet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoldenYearsPet provides personalized wellness reports for senior pets based on owner-provided information and published veterinary literature. The Service includes a free Quick Check and a paid Full Wellness Report ($39).

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not a Veterinary Service

GoldenYearsPet is not a licensed veterinary service. The reports generated by this Service do not replace professional veterinary care.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. In an emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Full Wellness Report is priced at $39 (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If the report fails to generate for any technical reason, you will receive an automatic full refund. We do not offer discretionary refunds for completed reports.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service, including your wellness report, is licensed to you for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish report content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoldenYearsPet shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including decisions made based on report content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
